Therapeutic Synergy LLC kindly requests, out of respect for other clients and your therapist, that you please notify us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel and/or reschedule your session. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of your session fee*.
If you are a “NO SHOW” to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the session fee for which you were scheduled.
If you are 15 minutes ,or more , late for your scheduled appointment, you will be given the time that is left of your appointment and will be charged for the entire session scheduled.
*Acknowledging that sickness and emergencies happen beyond our control, this fee will be waived. If you are sick, PLEASE reschedule.

Gift cards are available in any amount and can be purchased either in person or over the phone. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
